Machine drops liquid rubber globules onto steam jet, which inflates the rubber until a nearby needle punctures it, letting off pressure and allowing finished item to drop into receptacle. "This is our baby nipple line: pre-pierced and no moving parts whatsoever!" Visitor moves to the next room, sees almost the same setup except that the needle is set at a greater distance. "This is our condom line!" "Wait a minute, they will have a hole in them! Don't you get complaints?". "Sure, we get a lot of complaints, but you should see what it does for our baby nipple business!"
